Week 3: March 19-25
The Plan:
Monday: Run 4 miles plus extended stretching.Tuesday: Go Barbell (am); Circuit/interval w/ K (pm)- I will post the workout this week.
Wednesday: THE Class
Thursday: Boot Camp with J,K &L
Friday: Run: Fartlek- 5 miles plus warm up. (If raining, treadmill 1600 x 5 (same as last week plus one mile)
Saturday: THE Class
Sunday: Lunch hour; YMCA: Strength train Afternoon: stairs or stroller run- depending on weather. Due to my work schedule, I can't go to Go Barbell. Boo.
The weather is supposed to be really good this week (again), so I am limiting my indoor workouts.
